This entirely unique approach to coaching is a nine-month investment in your family’s growth and success. Beginning in September, the program includes two individual coaching sessions per month, along with a monthly group session shared with a small cohort of three to five families with children of similar ages. I use a professional coaching approach that skillfully integrates evidence-based systems, personal reflection, and targeted guidance. In our group sessions, we’ll cover key topics such as organization, managing non-compliance, nurturing grit, and fostering pro-social behaviors, while individual sessions are customized to address your family’s specific challenges and goals.
The experience culminates in a three-night, four-day immersive adventure with your cohort—a powerful opportunity to learn, laugh, and play together while applying and solidifying the skills we’ve built over the year. This final retreat is included in the course cost and serves as a capstone to your family’s transformative journey.

This book is born out of nearly 60 years of personal experience and over 35 years of working with and nurturing kids just like myself. I have discovered some very tangible ways to help unlock the very best in nuero-divergent children. Each chapter begins with a quote, followed by a personal story to frame the chapter.
